Creating a brighter future together
Our Story and Sustainable Mission
Founded in 2010, Gypco has built a strong reputation in the construction industry, delivering projects ranging from large commercial construction with projects budgets in excess of $100M to small-scale renovations.
Recently, we relocated to East Gippsland and embraced a new direction—transitioning into an organisation dedicated to supporting the community through sustainable building practices. We have learned that high quality finish along with longevity building is the key to long lasting homes and structures.
This shift was driven by our commitment to creating meaningful change. Instead of focusing on profit, we wanted to use our skills to help people with their building needs while reinvesting earnings into community groups. By giving back, we aim to create a circular economy that strengthens and supports the region.
At Gypco, we believe in building with the planet, not against it. Sustainability and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. We are dedicated to minimising waste, repurposing materials whenever possible, and pushing the boundaries of environmentally responsible construction. Our team embraces the latest advancements in green building, ensuring every project aligns with our mission to be more regenerative and resource-conscious.
Finding a building crew that shares your low-waste and sustainability goals can be challenging. If you’re looking for professional, environmentally conscious tradies who truly listen to your vision, Gypco is the team for you.
With experience in Earth Ships, off-grid homes, tiny houses, extensions, renovations, and contemporary new builds, we take pride in thoughtful design, sustainable material choices, and clear communication. Our goal is to make every build a stress-free, high-quality experience while ensuring a positive impact on both people and the environment.
If you’re ready to bring your sustainable project to life, Gypco is here to make it happen.
